2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Project Files and sharing

Homeowners can create one living Project File for each home project, add the details they choose, and share it with named professionals when ready. A contractor request creates a private invitation for a named homeowner. A contractor receives access only after the homeowner confirms and shares the Project File with that contractor.

4. Project File Request Credits and payments

Contractors purchase Project File Request Credits through the payment options shown at checkout. One credit is used only when the homeowner confirms and shares the requested Project File with that contractor. Prices, package quantities, and payment status are displayed before purchase.

5. Responsible use

Users will use Lead to Scope for genuine home-project discussions and will:

• Provide only information they are entitled to share.
• Respect the privacy of the people involved in a project.
• Use Project File information only for the homeowner’s requested project conversation and related next steps.
• Avoid harmful, unlawful, deceptive, or security-disrupting activity.

6. Project decisions remain with the participants

Lead to Scope helps participants organize project information and prepare for a more useful conversation. Homeowners and contractors remain responsible for their own project decisions, professional relationships, scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and services.
