1. Operator and scope
Lead to Scope is operated by Roman Pelevin. This notice explains how the Lead to Scope service processes information for accounts, Project Files, contractor requests, invitations, sharing, Project File Request Credits, payments, security, and support.
2. Information in a Project File
A Project File may include information a homeowner chooses to provide for a home project, such as:
- Account, profile, authentication, and contact information.
- Contractor requests, homeowner invitations, and delivery status.
- Project goals, rooms, priorities, timing, budget context, and questions.
- Photos, plans, measurements, materials, inspiration, and project notes.
- Sharing choices, access records, credits, transactions, support requests, and security logs.
3. Sources and purposes
Information comes from users, invited participants, service interactions, and payment or delivery providers. Lead to Scope uses it to authenticate accounts, deliver invitations, organize and store Project Files, enable homeowner-controlled sharing, process payments, maintain security, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
A homeowner chooses when a Project File is ready to share and names each contractor who can access it. Lead to Scope uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Brevo for transactional email; Stripe for payment processing; Vercel for hosting; and OpenAI for the bounded AI-assisted Project File experience. Each provider receives information needed for its service.
5. Retention and security
Lead to Scope retains information while an account or Project File is active and as reasonably needed for security, transaction records, legal obligations, dispute handling, and deletion processing. Access controls, signed file links, provider-managed authentication, and audit records protect the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
Users can:
- Update project details before sharing.
- Choose each professional who can access a Project File.
- Revoke a contractor’s Project File access.
- Request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of sharing consent for personal information.
7. Contact and privacy requests
Questions and requests to access, correct, delete, or export personal information may be sent to Lead to Scope at team@leadtoscope.com. Send the request from the email address associated with your account when possible. Lead to Scope may verify your identity before completing a request.
