Privacy Notice
Version date: August 13, 2026
1. Purpose and current scope
Lead to Scope is preparing a service that helps homeowners organize home-project details in Project Files and choose when to share them with named professionals. This notice describes the information practices planned for that experience and will be updated with the legal operator, privacy contact, retention schedule, service providers, and applicable jurisdictional disclosures before live Project Files or public accounts are accepted.
2. Information in a Project File
A Project File may include information a homeowner chooses to provide for a home project, such as:
- Contact details and the professionals selected to receive shared details
- Project goals, rooms, priorities, timing, budget context, and questions
- Photos, plans, measurements, materials, inspiration, and related project notes
3. How project information supports the service
Lead to Scope plans to use Project File information to provide the requested service, organize project details, support homeowner-controlled sharing, maintain the integrity and security of the experience, and respond to support or privacy requests.
4. Sharing with professionals
A homeowner chooses when a Project File is ready to share and names the professional or team that can access it. Contractors can access only the Project File information the homeowner chooses to share for the relevant home-project conversation.
5. Your choices
The public service will provide a clear process for homeowners to:
- Update project details before sharing
- Choose each professional who can access a Project File
- Request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of sharing consent for personal information
6. Updates to this notice
Lead to Scope will publish the operative version of this notice before live use begins and will show its effective date and explain material updates before they apply. The published notice will remain aligned with the service that is actually available.
